From the beautiful clean waters of the Adriatic, to the flats and undulating lands of Slavonia and Zagorje to the snow covered mountains of Velebit, Dinara, Bjelolasica, Klek, Samoborsko Gorje and the whole of Gorski Kotar and Lika, to the hidden valleys of Plitvice Lakes and Lim Fjord, Omis and Krka River, and back down to the thousands of islands and islet that lie scattered across the coast with their own micro-climates, Croatia's full range of environments is truly stunning.
Croatia's Climate attracts millions in the summer to its thousands of islands and stunning coastline, and millions to its snowy mountains during the winter months. Temperatures range from their highest of 40 degree C in the summer on beaches and islands to typical subzero temperatures in winter and -20 degrees on mountains. Such a wide range of temperatures provide Croatia is stunning wedding and celebration backdrops, with winter wedding being some of the most beautiful occasions.
Weddings for Croatians are a huge affair with all the family, friends, relatives, neighbours and others being completely involved from dawn till dawn! Their ways of life is steeped in tradition, and each region and village have their own peculiar additions and eccentricities which bring everyone together in their own special way to celebrate the bride and groom's new life together.
Although Croatia is a Catholic country, most major religions have representation in Croatia. We work closely with all communities in Croatia and can offer the

For any marriage to be legal in Croatia you must have a civil ceremony. Catholic weddings cannot be performed between Ash Wednesday and Easter Monday. The only restrictions on civil ceremonies are that you have all the correct and necessary documents. Like most European countries, Croatia is littered with chapels and churches and being strict Catholics religious celebrations can only take place in said places. Civil Ceremonies and some other religions, notably the Anglican church, permit outdoor weddings at any location you wish as long as prior permissions have been granted - on a beach or island, up a mountain, at lighthouses, in castles and celebration in ethnic villages.

For example, our flowers section contain hundreds of previous wedding bouquets, table arrangements and greenery for you to either chose from or base your ideas upon. Equally the wedding cakes section offers you over 600 wedding cake ideas and inspirations.
